Dr. Karyn Gunnet-Shoval's academic and professional training spans Yale University, Dartmouth, and Lehigh University. She is a licensed psychologist in MA, NH, NY and VT. Dr. Gunnet-Shoval completed her Doctoral Fellowship in Clinical Psychology at Yale University in 2015, where she was honored with the Leadership Award for Outstanding Contributions. She subsequently pursued advanced postdoctoral training through a Research Fellowship at Harvard and a Clinical Fellowship at Dartmouth. Prior to private practice, Dr. Gunnet-Shoval served as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Geisel School of Medicine. Dr. Gunnet-Shoval specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adults and couples experiencing a range of psychological, emotional, and interpersonal concerns, including mood and personality disorders, trauma, obesity, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, and challenges associated with everyday life stessors.
